This course is unique and will give you the tools and understanding to reduce stress and increase confidence, as well as give you the freedom to choose how you want to feel about driving. Previous Mindful Driver clients have overcome their fears, such as of driving across bridges, they’ve found the confidence to drive on their own after years of not being able to, and they’ve reduced their reactiveness to difficult situations allowing them to let go of stress quickly and get on with their day. Less stress in our lives helps our minds and bodies rest, repair, recover and stay healthy.
